Gale Advisory Firm was founded by Emilee Gale, an HR leader with more than 10 years of experience across HR operations, compliance, employee relations, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. Throughout her career, Emilee has helped organizations build and strengthen HR functions, improve processes, navigate complex people matters, and create the infrastructure needed to support growing teams. Today, she works directly with Gale Advisory Firm clients, bringing senior-level HR expertise and a practical, hands-on approach to building people operations that last.
